Returns and Refund Policy:

Ace Alterations is an Online Alterations service. We cover all our workmanship for 1 year. This only

covers the stitching, cutting and other associated task for the relevant Given Alteration.

If you have a return or issue please email sales@ace-alterations.com , Please send all relevant images

and descriptions of your issue. Original invoice is required, with any supporting documentation.

We do mark garment areas where alterations have been completed, so as to identify garments altered

by Ace Alterations. This is check on return and well only be completed if this process confirms

Alterations by us.

Refunds are only granted when a garment is unrepairable from our error. To a maximum value of five

times the price of the Alteration.

Return postage is covered, if Ace Alterations is at fault. This being Australia Post standard delivery. Well

do our best to get the garment back to the customer in a timely manner; our regular turnaround is three

working days.
